Brian has a 10 year history using data to drive efficient and effective decision making. He started his career at Bain and Company where he worked with Fortune 500 companies in sectors ranging from protein to defense, and on projects ranging from reorganizations to new product launches. After Bain, Brian co-founded Endeavor and its sister companies, a collection of firms that focus on bringing the data-driven techniques found in the private sector to the world politics and public affairs.
During his time in Washington DC, Brian has developed techniques to empirically measure the efficiency of activities ranging from earned media to digital ads to tv content. He has help oversee and use data and analytics to drive ~$250M in effective media spend, and he has helped design organizations and processes to efficiently achieve goals.
